Treatment planning:

We shall provide printed information on your plan, once your treatment plan has been agreed with the Dentist. If this plan changes due to radiographic or clinical findings, we shall advise you and discuss this with you. Treatment plans are valid for net 90 days from your date. Please don't hesitate to inquire us, before the appointments for real treatments are made, if there are any points on your treatment plan that you wish to query.

Approval forms:

Certain treatments necessitate completion of a written authorization form. This is before any of these treatments are carried out, in order to describe the treatment, aftercare and any danger to you personally thoroughly.


A credit account system does not run and we require fees to be settled at the appointment.
Where treatment incurs a lab fee, at least 50% of the total fee is due at the appointment where impressions are shot. Fees for certain treatments like Dental Implants and Invisalign are taken at each visit in staged payments.

In cases where treatment is paid for on finance through a Finance company, please take note the finance arrangement must be accepted and signed just before the beginning of that treatment. Please be aware that finance is only available on treatments through?400, not including Emergency Dental Treatment, and a minimum deposit can also be required.

If you might have funded some of the costs of your treatment through the finance company, and wish to cancel your treatment after signing the deal forms, please take note that the cancellation fee of up to 15% of the total finance amount will be billed.

Pearl Dental Clinic doesn't accept any payments.

Fees for treatment where intravenous sedation is comprised, must be paid ahead of signatures being required, or the appointment to avoid monetary trades, whilst a client remains under the effect of the sedative.

Deposits are not nondeductible off the price of treatment.

Dream Smile Dental Clinic reserves the right to make a charge for any debt passed to your debt collection agency.

All the fees implemented for any kind of Dental treatment at the clinic are based on; the substances used, lab costs incurred ( in case that it's applicable), and the clinical time spent. The fees are nevertheless, illustrated as treatments prescribed on the treatment plan for your information.

Late cancellation or appointments that are missed:
Dream Smile Dental Clinic reserves the right to bill up to?100 per hour, in the event of an appointment canceled with less than 24 hours notice or a missed appointment.

Late for appointments:

We recognize that some patients travel long distances to get to the clinic, and in some events being late for appointments can be inescapable. Please take note that you may be requested to reschedule your appointment should you be more than 10 minutes.


At Dream Smile Dental Clinic our Lumineers, Ceramic Veneers, Implant crowns and Ceramic crowns are ensured for an interval of 5 years following placement, provided that the following conditions are fulfilled:

The patient has fully paid for the treatment and doesn't owe the practice any money for the treatment received.
Lumineers the Veneers, Crowns & Implant crowns crowns never have been damaged as an effect of an accident, injury or excessive grinding.
All post treatment care recommendations have been followed by the patient.
The patient has attended and regular evaluation every 6 months.
Private Details:

It is crucial that you give the full medical history and details of any drug you take. Should these change at all, it's essential for you to tell your Dentist. It truly is the patient's duty to advise the clinic of any changes in either personal details or their medical history.

Use of Pictures and X rays:

Dream Smile Dental Clinic may use pictures and xrays of your smile and teeth only, for educational and promotion purposes on the Dream Smile Dental Clinic site, and on promotional and educational literature. Your name WOn't ever be published, and identity WOn't be divulged. However, should you NOT wish for us to use your pictures and xrays this way, please let us know.

Use of patient contact details:

The health of our patients is our highest priority, and we also like to keep our patients of our latest special offers and informed of various changes that are significant at the clinic. We like to remind other various reminders that are significant, and our patients in their appointments, when they are due for appointments. On this particular note, you may be occasionally contacted by the clinic via mobile, text, email or by letter in the post. Please let's know should you NOT wish to be contacted by the clinic all or by any of these means.

Gripe's policy:

So that you can ensure that each and every patient has only the very best experience in any way times, at Dream Smile Dental Clinic we consistently take complaints about any aspects of our services very seriously.

Complaints can be made in writing by filling out a simple complaints form available or via email through our online site contact form, by the patient or by an authorized person on the patient's behalf. Complaints should be made to the Dream Smile Dental Clinic Management', and should not be unclear, so that they'll be dealt with efficiently.

Every grievance will receive immediate written/email acknowledgment, and the Management will strive to resolve the grievance within an instant, acceptable time period (usually about 2 weeks). For our full complaints process and policy, please request an associate of our reception team. It will usually be acknowledged by the Management team and after that referred to the treating Dentist if a grievance is about any aspect of clinical care or charges that are related.

If still unsatisfied, you may wish to forward your complaint to the General Dental Council.

No tolerance/Maltreatment policy

At Dream Smile Dental Clinic we run a zero tolerance policy to mistreat to our Dentists and staff, loud/disorderly/drunken behavior, consistent missing and late cancellation of appointments (after multiple warnings). In these situations, the right to deny treatment and admission is reserved by Dream Smile Dental Clinic.

Data Protection Act:

We store all patient personal details on a protected computer system in accordance with the Data Protection Act. All clinical notes, digital radio-graphs photos etc that are digital, remain the property of Dream Smile Dental Clinic. Copies of radiographs, notes and photos can be made available on request, and the right to charge an administration fee for these is reserved by Dream Smile Dental Clinic.
